Position Summary The HR Business Partner will own the talent strategy, workforce planning, and employee relations for a dedicated business unit at Axtria. Acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders, this role drives organizational design, change management, and talent management initiatives to support business objectives. By leveraging AI-assisted people analytics and modern HR methodologies, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable HR programs that foster engagement, retain top talent, and align with enterprise goals. Job Responsibilities
• Own HR business partnering and workforce planning for a dedicated business unit, aligning talent strategy with overarching business objectives.
• Advise business unit leaders on organizational design, change management, and learning and development decisions to drive capability outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong employee relations, fostering a positive work environment that boosts engagement and retains top talent.
• Leverage AI-Assisted People Analytics to make data-driven decisions, identifying and mitigating talent and workforce risks across the business unit.




• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Accounting, to manage workforce budget planning and represent HR standards.
• Drive the maturity of scalable HR programs and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with defined governance and AI assurance standards.
• Mentor and enable HR staff across the business unit while contributing to the evolution of Axtria's enterprise talent management standards. Education PG Diploma in Management Master Diploma
- Business Administration Work Experience 8-12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a solid focus on HR business partnering, talent management, and advising senior leadership.
