About the Role
Own the end-to-end UKG Pro HCM architecture, establishing UKG Pro as the primary HR system of record while integrating with ADP for payroll and Workday for timekeeping. Lead solution design, architecture governance, data ownership and enterprise integration strategy.

Key Responsibilities
• Architecture & Governance: Define target architecture, solution standards, system ownership and design principles; lead architecture decisions and design reviews.
• UKG Pro Functional Oversight: Provide architectural oversight across Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Talent, People Assist, Reporting and Security.
• ADP Payroll & Workday Timekeeping: Govern employee and employment data flows, integrations, reconciliation, monitoring, error handling and operational support.
• Enterprise Integration: Design API, SFTP, middleware/iPaaS and batch integrations across HR, Finance, Benefits, IAM and analytics platforms.
• Employee Lifecycle: Ensure reliable data flow across hiring, onboarding, transfers, compensation, timekeeping, payroll,



termination and rehire.
• Data, Security & Compliance: Establish data quality, role-based access, privacy, audit and regulatory compliance standards.
• Implementation Leadership: Lead architecture workshops, fit-gap analysis, data migration, testing, deployment, hypercare and continuous optimization. Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years in HCM/HR technology and enterprise solution architecture, including 5+ years of hands-on UKG Pro experience.
• Solid knowledge of Core HR, employee lifecycle, workflows, security, organizational structures and UKG Pro modules.
• Mandatory integration experience with ADP Payroll and Workday Timekeeping.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, middleware/iPaaS, data mapping, transformation, monitoring and reconciliation.
• Proven architecture governance, global HCM implementation and stakeholder leadership experience. Preferred Qualifications
• UKG Pro certifications in Core HR or integration.
• Experience with Boomi, MuleSoft or Workato.
• Knowledge of GDPR and regional HR data privacy regulations.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR Technology or a related field.
