About the Role
We are looking for a technically skilled and business-oriented Bordereau Automation OWIT Analyst to support configuration, automation, enhancements and production support of the OWIT Bordereau Automation platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Analysis, JSON configuration, data mapping, REST API integrations, data validation, workflow automation and troubleshooting. The role involves collaborating with business, QA, vendor and technical teams to deliver effective and accurate automated bordereau processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. New Program Configuration
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into OWIT platform configurations, data mappings and automated workflows.
• Configure and maintain OWIT program templates, business rules and validation logic.
• Validate and troubleshoot JSON payloads and REST API integrations.
• Perform data validation, exception analysis and root cause investigations.
• Participate in QA, UAT, test planning, defect tracking and issue resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation, API specifications, JSON configurations and process flows. 2. Enhancements & Automation
• Design and implement enhancements to existing OWIT program templates and automated workflows.
• Configure REST API, SFTP and inbound/outbound data connectors.
• Support testing, deployment and post-implementation validation.
• Develop operational reports, dashboards, KPIs and data quality metrics.




• Identify opportunities for process optimization and Straight-Through Processing (STP). 3. Production Support
• Provide ongoing production support for the OWIT Bordereau Automation platform.
• Monitor automated processing and investigate production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution with business, vendor and technical teams.
• Support data correction requests, incident management and release validation.
• Maintain system configurations and support continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills
