Team members collaborate closely with clients to design practical solutions and deliver measurable impact. Role Description The HCM Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for advising clients on human capital strategies, HR policies, and workforce planning to support business growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments of existing HR and HCM processes, designing and implementing HCM frameworks, and optimizing employee benefits programs. The consultant will develop recommendations, prepare documentation and reports, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and support change management initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, staying current on HR and labor regulations, and ensuring that solutions are practical,



compliant, and aligned with client objectives. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Human Capital Management and Human Capital, with the ability to align people strategies to business goals.
• Experience in core Human Resources (HR) functions, including policies, workforce planning, performance management, and compliance.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits design, administration, and optimization to support employee engagement and retention.
• Consulting skills, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and the ability to deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in HR metrics and reporting tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to leadership and facilitate workshops.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple client engagements, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in HCM or HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an advantage.
