Role description We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, business-critical site infrastructure projects across a global estate. You will manage current site openings, expansions, relocations, migrations, consolidations and closures across offices, laboratories, manufacturing facilities and processing plants. You will own delivery from initial demand intake through solution design, commercial approval, procurement, implementation, transition to production and formal closure. This is a senior role requiring strong infrastructure knowledge, commercial judgement and the ability to lead cross-functional teams, vendors and senior stakeholders. · Eight or more years of IT project management experience, with substantial accountability for complex site infrastructure delivery in enterprise or multinational environments.
· Proven delivery of new, expanded, relocated, migrated, consolidated or closed sites across offices, laboratories, manufacturing facilities or processing plants.
· Strong experience with ServiceNow Demand Management, Strategic Portfolio Management and Project Management processes.
· Demonstrable commercial experience covering business cases, estimating, budgeting, forecasting, vendor selection, procurement, purchase orders and contract delivery.
· Robust working knowledge of telecoms circuits, network and wireless infrastructure,



MDF/IDF environments, workplace technology and service-transition requirements.
· Experience leading senior stakeholders, technical teams and suppliers across countries, functions and time zones.
· Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, governance and problem-solving skills.
· PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent project management certification; ITIL knowledge is desirable. What You Will Do
· Own the full project lifecycle through the ServiceNow Demand and Project processes, from demand verification and approval to production handover and closure.
· Validate business requirements, scope, benefits, feasibility, dependencies, risks, delivery dates and indicative costs.
· Lead solution design with architecture, network, security, facilities, workplace technology and service operations teams.
· Develop budgets and pricing; lead vendor evaluation, statements of work, procurement, contracting and supplier performance.
· Plan and deliver telecoms circuits, LAN, WAN, switches, firewalls, WLCs, APs, structured cabling, MDFs and IDFs, video-conferencing rooms and centralised print solutions.
· Direct multidisciplinary teams through site readiness, installation, testing, cutover, migration, hypercare, decommissioning and operational acceptance.
· Control scope, schedule, cost, quality, change and RAID, maintaining accurate ServiceNow records and clear executive reporting.
· Ensure production readiness, including change approvals, documentation, asset and configuration records, support arrangements, training and knowledge transfer.
