Role Description The Lead Structural Engineer will be responsible for overseeing structural design and analysis for a range of civil and industrial projects in the Pune Division. This full-time, on-site role includes leading project teams, reviewing and validating structural calculations, and ensuring designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety requirements. The Lead Structural Engineer will coordinate with civil engineers, CAD designers, and project managers to develop complete design packages, resolve technical issues, and support clients during bidding and execution phases. Daily activities also involve preparing technical documentation, mentoring junior engineers, participating in design reviews,



and collaborating with stakeholders to meet schedule and quality expectations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Structural Engineering and Structural Analysis skills, with proven experience in designing and reviewing structural systems.
• Candidates should possess solid Civil Engineering knowledge to integrate structural solutions within broader infrastructure and site development projects.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Calculations, including load assessments, member sizing, and verification of design assumptions using relevant codes.
• Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills to work effectively with design models, drawings, and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Experience in leading engineering teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicable national and international building codes and standards.
• Solid problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to work on-site in Pune Division.
• Experience with hydraulic design, CFD tools, or project management methodologies is an advantage.
