A leading engineering and energy solutions company is looking for an experienced Mechanical Draftsman to prepare and release accurate manufacturing drawings for mechanical equipment. Responsibilities

• Department: Mechanical Engineering (OEM)
• Prepare 2D/3D layouts, assembly drawings, detailed manufacturing drawings and BOMs.
• Verify drawings and BOMs against design inputs and applicable engineering standards.
• Update and revise drawings based on design, process and customer requirements.
• Release drawings and documents through ERP within project timelines.
• Maintain drawing revision control and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturing shops and site teams to resolve technical queries.




• Support site visits whenever required. Qualifications
• Qualification: ITI / NCTVT / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or CAD Design Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, geometry, weight and area calculations.
• Good command of AutoCAD 2D; 3D drafting knowledge will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoLISP.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, welding symbols, tolerances, units and P&IDs.;
• Experience in boiler or heater drafting will be preferred.
