Role Description The Academic Counselor at Law Prep Tutorial is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur. This role involves guiding prospective and enrolled students on course selection, study plans, and pathways to secure admission to premier NLUs. The Academic Counselor will conduct counseling sessions, respond to student and parent inquiries, and provide clear information about programs, schedules, and examination strategies. Daily responsibilities include tracking student progress, coordinating with faculty, maintaining accurate records,



and ensuring timely follow-ups. The role also includes organizing academic workshops or orientation sessions, supporting admissions-related activities, and contributing to a positive and supportive learning environment. Qualifications
• Strong counseling and mentoring abilities, with a focus on academic and career guidance for law aspirants.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and faculty.
• Positive organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple student cases and maintaining documentation.
• Basic proficiency in using computers, learning management systems, and online communication tools.
• Understanding of competitive exam preparation, preferably CLAT or other law entrance tests.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in academic counseling, admissions, or coaching institutes is preferred but not mandatory.
