Responsibilities:
• Ensure all billing information (customer details, amounts, taxes, etc.) is correct before issuance
• Track incoming payments and ensure they are recorded properly.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address billing issues
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner throughout their shopping experience.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments.
• Maintain the visual merchandising standards by organizing and replenishing product displays regularly.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management promptly.
• Ensure the store workplace is clean, safe, and inviting by performing routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
