Role Description The Project and MIS Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Vadodara Area. This role involves coordinating day-to-day project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of milestones. The coordinator will maintain and update Management Information Systems (MIS), prepare regular reports and dashboards, and analyze project data to support decision-making. Responsibilities include collaborating with project managers, engineers, and site teams, organizing documentation, monitoring schedules and resource allocation, and following up on pending tasks. The role also involves communicating status updates to stakeholders,



assisting with risk and issue tracking, and supporting continuous improvement of project processes and reporting standards. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong project coordination and project management skills to support planning, execution, and tracking of construction projects.
• Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and create clear MIS reports and dashboards.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide concise updates to stakeholders.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools; familiarity with project management software is an advantage.
