About the Role
We’re hiring an Assistant Manager
- Asset Management for one of our client engagements, based at Nelamangala, Bangalore. The role owns the day-to-day running and upkeep of facility utility systems — refrigeration, DG sets, UPS, HVAC, electrical and MHE — along with preventive/predictive maintenance, EHS and GDP/GMP compliance, vendor and AMC management, audits, and supervision of the technical/maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities




• Monitor and maintain refrigeration systems, DG sets, UPS, HVAC, electrical systems and MHE; drive preventive/predictive maintenance for zero breakdowns
• Maintain asset registers, spare-parts inventory and AMC/vendor schedules
• Maintain legal, statutory, calibration and audit-ready documentation as per GDP/GMP, ISO and EHS requirements
• Conduct/support Electrical Safety, Fire & Life Safety, Housekeeping and Facility audits, with timely closure of findings and CAPAs
• Supervise technicians, executives and contractors; track KPIs, attendance and vendor performance
• Prepare MIS and audit reports for management Required Skills & Qualifications
• 6-8 years in facility/engineering operations, utility maintenance or a similar role — ideally in warehouse, pharma/GDP-GMP or regulated environments
• Strong hands-on exposure to refrigeration, DG sets, UPS, HVAC, electrical systems and MHE
• Working knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance and AMC/vendor management
• Familiarity with EHS, GDP/GMP, ISO standards and statutory compliance
• Proven team supervision and vendor coordination skills
