About the Product: MYCPE ONE is developing an AI-powered HRMS platform for US clients to streamline HR and workforce management. The platform will enable clients to manage candidates and employees, generate offer letters, schedule interviews and meetings, access employee records, and track client engagement timesheets—all in one place.

What You'll Do
- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable applications and the HRMS platform.
- Own technical decisions across backend, frontend, databases, cloud, and AI systems.
- Build HRMS features covering candidate management, offer letter generation, scheduling, employee records, and timesheet tracking.
- Develop AI-powered features using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, tool calling, and document processing.
- Work with Python/FastAPI or Node.js/TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.
- Design scalable APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Review code, establish engineering standards, and mentor developers.
- Monitor production systems and improve performance, security, and reliability.
- Use AI development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code. What We're Looking For




- 5–8 years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python/FastAPI or Node.js/TypeScript.
- Positive understanding of React.js, Next.js, system design, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Practical experience with LLMs, GenAI, RAG, AI agents, and AI integrations.
- Experience leading engineers and taking products from concept to production.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. AI & Engineering
- Build production-ready AI solutions using LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and tool calling.
- Work on PDF, OCR, and document intelligence solutions.
- Implement AI evaluation, monitoring, and automation workflows.
- Leverage AI coding tools to improve engineering productivity. Good to Have
- Experience in US Accounting, Tax, or Audit.
- Knowledge of multi-agent systems, MLOps, and LLM fine-tuning.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience scaling and launching enterprise products.
