The Billing Executive will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing invoices for logistics services, ensuring accuracy in billing details and adherence to company policies. Day-to-day tasks include verifying supporting documentation, coordinating with operations and finance teams to resolve discrepancies, and updating billing records in relevant systems. The role involves monitoring payment status, assisting with account reconciliations,



and responding to client queries related to bills and charges in a clear and professional manner. The Billing Executive will also support process improvements in the billing function to enhance efficiency and service quality. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Billing Process and Invoicing skills, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review billing data, identify discrepancies, and support reconciliations.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams regarding billing and payment matters.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Finance concepts relevant to billing, accounts receivable, and basic accounting.
• Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or similar service industries is beneficial.
• Proficiency in billing software, spreadsheets, and basic office applications is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple invoices and deadlines are important.
