Role Description The Manager Risk Management role is a full-time hybrid position based in Gurugram, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The individual in this role will design, implement, and maintain enterprise risk management frameworks, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and reported across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, analyzing financial and operational data, coordinating internal audits, and developing controls to mitigate key risks. The manager will collaborate with finance, technology, and leadership teams to integrate risk considerations into strategic and operational decisions, and will prepare clear risk reports, dashboards, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.



The role also involves staying updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and supporting the development of risk awareness and training across the organization. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Enterprise Risk Management, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting.
• Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, and generate actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of Finance and Accounting principles to assess financial exposures, controls, and performance metrics.
• Experience with Auditing practices, internal control evaluation, and compliance reviews.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a risk management or related role, preferably within technology, financial services, or consulting environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex risk issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, governance standards, and risk management tools or software is an advantage.
