Role Description The Operations Manager role at Law Marshal BPO is a full-time, in office position based in Indore. This role oversees day-to-day operations of receivables processes, including managing calling teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to scripts and compliance standards. The Operations Manager coordinates workflow, allocates resources, and collaborates with technology and analytics teams to optimize dialer usage, reporting, and productivity. Responsibilities include setting operational targets, analyzing performance metrics, implementing process improvements,
