Key Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Handle all MCA, ROC and Companies Act, 2013 compliance. •⁠ ⁠Manage annual filings and event-based ROC filings. •⁠ ⁠Prepare Board meeting agendas, minutes and resolutions. •⁠ ⁠Handle banking documentation, CHG-1, CHG-4 and loan-related compliance. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with banks, auditors,



lawyers and government authorities. •⁠ ⁠Manage corporate legal documentation, MOAs and escrow agreements. •⁠ ⁠Handle corporate documentation for vessel acquisition, sale and financing. •⁠ ⁠Maintain statutory registers and corporate records. Preferred

Experience:
•⁠ ⁠Experience with shipping companies, ship owners or marine industries. •⁠ ⁠Knowledge of vessel ownership, acquisition, sale and transfer documentation. •⁠ ⁠Experience with vessel registration, change of flag and mortgage-related documentation. •⁠ ⁠Knowledge of coordination with MMD, DG Shipping and international flag-state authorities will be an added advantage. Eligibility: •⁠ ⁠Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI). •⁠ ⁠3–7 years of relevant experience. •⁠ ⁠Solid knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and MCA portal. •⁠ ⁠Good drafting, communication and coordination skills.
