Role Description The Sales Backend Executive is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting sales operations and ensuring smooth end-to-end processes for clients. Daily tasks include managing and updating sales databases, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with the front-line sales team to track leads and conversions. The role involves handling documentation, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and generating regular sales and performance reports. The Sales Backend Executive will also assist with follow-ups via email or digital channels,



support promotional activities, and help improve internal workflows for better client service. This position requires consistent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced consulting environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in sales coordination, CRM or database management, and documentation handling.
• Candidates should possess skills in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), basic data analysis, and report generation.
• Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, professional email etiquette, and client service orientation.
• Candidates should possess skills in time management, task prioritization, and problem-solving in a work from home setting.
