Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Conference Producer, Speaker and Delegate Acquisition Specialist for Events and Conferences. The role involves planning, designing, and producing conference programs, including defining themes, tracks, and session formats based on market needs. The specialist will conduct market research to identify relevant topics, target audiences, and industry trends, and will build and maintain relationships with speakers, moderators, and key stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and inviting speakers, managing speaker communication,



coordinating with internal teams on event logistics, and driving delegate acquisition through outreach, partnerships, and targeted campaigns. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, refining event strategies, and ensuring high-quality attendee and speaker experiences. Qualifications
• Conference Production and Event Management skills to design, structure, and execute impactful events and conferences.
• Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, audience needs, and competitive landscapes for program development.
• Speaker Acquisition and Communication skills to identify, engage, and manage relationships with speakers and key partners.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in events, conferences, media, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with online collaboration tools, CRM or outreach platforms, and basic data reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, event management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
