Role Description The Field Marketing Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Rajkot. The person in this role will visit distributors, retailers, and farmers to promote the company’s pesticide products, collect market feedback, and build strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Daily activities include planning and executing field campaigns, demonstrations, and promotional events,



as well as tracking competitor activities and reporting market trends to the sales and marketing teams. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely supply of marketing materials, maintaining accurate records of visits and outcomes, and supporting sales targets through effective field-level marketing initiatives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess basic sales and marketing skills, including product promotion, market feedback collection, and competitor analysis.
• Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills to plan field visits, manage routes, and document activities accurately.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in the field, adapt to rural and semi-urban environments, and travel extensively as required
• Proficiency in local languages and basic computer skills (email, reporting, MS Office) will be beneficial
