About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Computer Systems Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in systems analysis, business application design, database management, and software development coordination. The candidate should be capable of independently analyzing complex application requirements, preparing technical specifications, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze and design complex business applications for large-scale, mid-tier, and LAN-based systems.
• Review software development deliverables for accuracy, quality, and adherence to design standards.
• Work with Database Management Systems (DBMS) and programming languages.




• Provide technical recommendations for major system installations and improvements.
• Prepare milestone reports, project documentation, and presentations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to support personnel. Required Skills &

Qualifications:
• Minimum 6+ years of overall computer/IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of specialized experience in business application analysis and design.
• Strong knowledge of Systems Analysis and Design.
• Experience with Database Management Systems (DBMS).
• Knowledge of programming languages and software development processes.
• Understanding of data storage and retrieval methods.
• Ability to prepare detailed technical specifications for developers.
• Experience with coding, testing, debugging, and software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project coordination, reporting, and team supervision.
