Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Kerala, India. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and supporting the design of residential, commercial, and interior projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients and consultants, preparing construction documentation, and ensuring designs align with climate-responsive and sustainability principles. The role involves regular site visits, monitoring execution quality, and collaborating with project teams to meet timelines and budget constraints. The Architect will also contribute to design reviews, detail development, and continuous improvement of studio processes. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and overseeing project execution.
• Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and Integration skills where applicable, including familiarity with design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software) and the ability to integrate digital workflows.
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.
Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Knowledge of sustainable and climate-responsive design practices, building codes, and local regulations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a studio and on-site workplace.
• Experience with interior design projects and site coordination is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain attention to detail, and adapt to evolving design requirements.
• Experience of min 2-3 years preferred. (Negotiable depending on Interview)
