About EventPlex EventPlex is a growing corporate event management brand focused on simplifying event planning through creative ideas, curated experiences, venue discovery and end-to-end execution. We are looking for a creative, strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing & Brand Growth to take complete ownership of building EventPlex’s brand, marketing presence and growth strategy.

Job Description
-
• Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand growth strategy for EventPlex.
• Build a strong and differentiated brand identity across digital and offline channels.
• Lead social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Drive content creation including event showcases, reels, venue walkthroughs, client testimonials, case studies and campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing and website growth.
• Identify new marketing channels, partnerships and opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate qualified corporate leads.




• Work closely with the founder and sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Gradually build and lead an in-house marketing and creative team comprising designers, video creators, editors and digital marketing professionals.
• Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, campaign execution and performance tracking. Who We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of experience in marketing, brand building, digital marketing or growth marketing.
• Robust understanding of branding, social media, content strategy, SEO and digital advertising.
• Experience in managing creative teams, agencies or freelancers.
• Excellent creative thinking, communication and execution skills.
• Ability to independently build marketing processes and take ownership of the function.
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of lead generation and business growth. Experience in B2B, hospitality, events, experiential marketing or service-led businesses will be an advantage.
