’s offerings by visiting "www.vtvformulations.com". Role Description : The Nutraceutical Manufacturing Chemist is a full-time, in office role based in Baddi. The chemist will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and validating formulations for nutraceutical products in various dosage forms, ensuring they meet quality, stability, and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing lab-scale trials, preparing batch manufacturing records, overseeing scale-up processes, and coordinating with production teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. The role involves conducting routine testing, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting quality control and quality assurance activities,



and participating in investigations related to process deviations or product issues. The chemist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development, continuous process improvement, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of formulation development and manufacturing processes for nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals in multiple dosage forms (e.g., tablets, capsules, syrups, injections).
• Understanding of GMP, GLP, and relevant regulatory guidelines for nutraceutical and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, basic analytical methods, and documentation of experimental results.
• Ability to collaborate with production, quality control, and quality assurance teams and communicate technical information clearly.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or formulation development environment, preferably in nutraceuticals or pharmaceuticals.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site industrial setting.
• Basic computer literacy for handling reports, batch records, and formulation documentation.
