Role Description The AIC CEO at T-Hub will lead the AIC T-Hub Foundation, setting its strategic direction and ensuring effective execution of incubation and acceleration programs for early-stage startups. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves overseeing day-to-day operations, including program design, portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking across the incubator ecosystem. The AIC CEO will build and maintain relationships with government agencies, corporates, investors, academic partners, and mentors to drive funding, collaboration, and market access for incubated startups. The role includes responsibility for financial sustainability,



resource allocation, team leadership, and governance, ensuring compliance with requirements of NITI Aayog and other supporting bodies. The AIC CEO will represent AIC T-Hub in national and international forums, advocate for founders’ needs, and continuously enhance the quality and impact of incubation services. Qualifications
• Robust Finance skills, including budgeting, financial planning, and oversight of funding and grants.
• Proven capability in Operations Management, with experience running complex programs or multi-stakeholder incubation or innovation initiatives.
• Expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to define vision, goals, and growth roadmaps for the incubator and its startup portfolio.
• Experience in Sales, partnerships, and stakeholder management to drive sponsorships, collaborations, and startup market access.
• Leadership experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, or incubation ecosystems, preferably in startups, venture capital, or government-supported programs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage founders, investors, corporates, and public-sector stakeholders.
• Track record of leading diverse teams, fostering an inclusive culture, and managing performance toward measurable outcomes.
• Advanced degree in business, management, finance, technology, or related field is preferred; equivalent experience in leading innovation organizations will
