Role Description The Career Counselor will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, supporting learners in making informed academic and career choices. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, assessing interests and aptitudes, and guiding students on suitable educational paths and career options. The role involves designing and delivering workshops on career awareness, employability skills, and future opportunities,



as well as maintaining accurate records of counseling sessions and progress. The Career Counselor will collaborate with teachers, parents, and academic coordinators, stay updated on trends in education and the job market, and contribute to initiatives that enhance student readiness for higher education and careers. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Career Counseling and Student Counseling to support diverse learner needs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Career Development and Career Management to design and implement effective career guidance plans.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and the ability to engage with students, families, and staff.
• Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, Career Guidance, or a related field.
• Candidates should have experience working with school or youth populations, familiarity with assessment tools, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Candidates should demonstrate empathy, cultural sensitivity, robust organizational abilities, and comfort working within structured educational frameworks.
