Mindscape Design delivers projects across six countries, covering residential, commercial, corporate, industrial, hospitality, and landscape typologies. The team holds two USGBC LEED Gold certifications and is known for sustainable, high-performance design, including flagship projects like Pararthyam, a LEED Gold solar-powered diamond processing facility with advanced rainwater harvesting and large column-free spans. The studio believes architecture should be iconic, responsible, and closely aligned with how people live and work, offering services in architecture, interiors, landscape, LEED consultancy, and industrial design. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Surat. The Architect will participate in concept development, schematic design, and detailed architectural design for residential, commercial, industrial, and corporate projects, with a strong focus on sustainability and performance. Responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, developing construction documentation, coordinating with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants, and supporting LEED and green building initiatives where relevant.



The role involves active collaboration with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure design intent, quality, and compliance with local codes and regulations throughout all project phases. The Architect will also contribute to design reviews, material and technology research, and continuous improvement of studio standards and workflows. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and technical detailing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as coordinating multidisciplinary teams, tracking timelines, and supporting budget and quality control.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration only as they relate to integrating design tools, BIM platforms, or digital workflows with architectural processes.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or other BIM tools, SketchUp, Adobe Suite), with an ability to produce transparent drawings and presentations.
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.
Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution, with licensure or eligibility for licensure preferred.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles, LEED or other green building rating systems, and experience on high-performance projects is an advantage.
• Strong visual communication, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment.
