Role Description The IT Analyst (Biometric/CRM Management) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing and supporting biometric attendance systems and CRM platforms, including user setup, configuration, and daily monitoring. The IT Analyst will troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely technical support to internal users, and coordinate with vendors or service providers when needed. The role includes analyzing system performance, generating reports, ensuring data integrity, and recommending improvements to optimize HR and CRM workflows. The IT Analyst will collaborate closely with HR and operations teams, document processes,



and maintain clear communication on system updates and incidents. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
• Candidates should possess Information Technology skills, including experience with biometric systems, CRM platforms, and basic networking or system administration.
• Candidates should possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve software, hardware, and user-related issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, document issues, and provide clear user guidance.
• Experience managing biometric attendance systems and CRM tools in a corporate environment is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
