About the role
You'll handle parents' WhatsApp and Instagram chats and our incoming and outgoing calls. Your job is to answer quickly, follow up without fail, and turn enquiries into visits and party bookings. What you will do Chats
• Reply quickly to waiting WhatsApp and Instagram chats, in clear and friendly written language.
• Take over chats the bot can't answer, and share prices, packages and menus. Calls
• Answer incoming calls and return every missed call.
• Call new ad leads and other new leads as soon as they arrive.
• Make promised call-backs on time and clear all overdue follow-ups.
• Make outbound calls for upcoming birthdays, unpaid online bookings and campaigns. Conversions
• Find out what the parent needs: child's name, party date and number of kids, or the head count for groups.
• Handle common objections and move the parent towards a visit or booking.
• Hand ready party and group leads to a Sales Manager promptly.
• Keep following up with interested parents, and don't close a lead as lost without a real reason. Guest care
• Call back unhappy guests, listen,



and solve the problem or pass it to the manager.
• Check on a child's wellbeing after an incident at the venue. Records
• Record every call and chat outcome in the CRM, and write the daily handover. What this role does not do Party price, time, room, food and discounts are set by the party team with a manager's approval. What we are looking for
• 1 to 3 years in inside sales, telesales, or chat and call support, ideally with some sales targets.
• Good written WhatsApp communication, with fast and accurate typing.
• Transparent, polite spoken Hindi and basic English. Gujarati is a plus.
• Able to handle several chats and calls at once without missing a follow-up.
• Calm and patient with upset parents.
