AI Position: AI Engineer

Hyderabad / Bangalore / Remote (as applicable) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust programming skills, hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs), along with the ability to build scalable and production-ready AI applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI and Machine Learning models to solve real-world business problems.
• Build and optimize Generative AI applications using LLMs.
• Develop AI-powered solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
• Work with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, and other LLM platforms.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector database integrations.
• Develop intelligent AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
• Build and integrate REST APIs for AI model deployment.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, accuracy, and response time.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and software developers to deliver AI solutions.




• Monitor deployed models and continuously improve their performance. Required Technical Skills
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Practical experience implementing RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Weaviate.
• Experience with OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, or Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of NLP and neural network architectures.
• Experience building APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Good to Have
• Experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of fine-tuning and evaluating LLMs.
• Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of MLOps and model monitoring.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
