Key Responsibilities
• Design and improve routine electrical components and products, ensuring manufacturability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Independently perform design calculations and analysis to meet engineering requirements.
• Apply root cause analysis and structured problem-solving techniques to improve product quality, reliability, and efficiency.
• Translate customer and business requirements into engineering design specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customized motor applications.
• Develop test plans, evaluate validation results, and support product reliability and continuous improvement. ? What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of relevant professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the motor industry preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes, such as IEC, IEEE, and NEMA, along with applicable engineering and electrical safety practices.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Robust results and performance orientation.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
