About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven finance professional who understands corporate finance, company valuations, equity structuring, fundraising, and strategic investments. The individual will work directly with the CEO to evaluate business opportunities, structure partnerships, explore investment opportunities, and help build the company's long-term financial and fundraising strategy.

Key Responsibilities
1. Company Valuation & Equity Structuring
• Conduct company valuations using appropriate financial models and valuation methodologies.
• Structure equity-based partnerships, strategic investments, and shareholding arrangements.
• Evaluate how much equity can be offered in exchange for services, marketing, advertising, distribution, and other strategic benefits.
• Prepare cap tables, dilution models, and investment scenarios. 2. Fundraising & Investor Relations
• Identify and approach potential investors, family offices, HNIs, and institutional investors.
• Lead fundraising preparation, financial projections, and investment proposals.
• Prepare investor presentations, financial models, and valuation reports.
• Coordinate investor discussions, due diligence, and transaction documentation. 3. Corporate Finance & Business Strategy




• Develop financial strategies for Mask TV and other company ventures.
• Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
• Analyze business opportunities from a financial and commercial perspective.
• Help structure transactions that create long-term shareholder value. 4. Financial Planning
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, cash flow projections, and business plans.
• Evaluate revenue models, profitability, and return on investment.
• Support management in key financial and strategic decisions. Candidate Profile
• CA / CFA / MBA Finance preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
• Strong understanding of Indian company law, equity structures, valuations, and fundraising.
• Excellent financial modelling and negotiation skills.
• Experience working directly with founders or senior management is an advantage. What We Are Looking ForWe don't simply need someone to maintain accounts or prepare financial statements. We need someone who understands how companies create value, raise capital, structure investments, negotiate equity partnerships, and build financial relationships. The candidate should be capable of independently evaluating a business opportunity and advising the CEO on how to structure it financially.
