Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer / New Product Development Engineer with expertise in mechanical product design, CAD modeling, design validation, prototyping, and product lifecycle management. Role & Responsibilities
• Lead mechanical design and new product development activities from concept to final production.
• Develop 3D models, 2D engineering drawings, assemblies, and detailed manufacturing drawings.
• Perform design calculations, material selection, tolerance analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and R&D.;
• Coordinate with external design studios, vendors, and manufacturing partners.
• Develop prototypes and conduct design verification, testing, and validation.
• Optimize product designs for manufacturability, cost, quality, and performance.
• Manage design changes, engineering documentation, and product lifecycle activities.




• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and safety requirements. Required Skills
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Mechanical Design or Recent Product Development.
• Experience in either a mechanical design consultancy / engineering design studio or an in-house product development team.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or Siemens NX.
• Strong understanding of GD&T;, engineering drawings, tolerances, and materials.
• Experience in prototyping, testing, and design validation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, casting, molding, or injection molding.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in end-to-end product development and product industrialization.
• Knowledge of DFMEA, DFM, DFA, and value engineering.
• Experience managing multiple design projects and engineering deliverables.
