Role Description The Relationship Manager at Loanshopie will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with individual and business clients, ensuring a positive lending experience from application to repayment. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer financing needs, explaining loan products and eligibility criteria, guiding applicants through documentation and approval processes, and providing timely updates on application status. The role also involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, coordinating with internal credit and operations teams, and proactively identifying opportunities for cross-selling relevant financial products. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Coimbatore,



with a mix of on-site client and team interactions and some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications
• Strong skills in client communication, relationship building, and customer service, with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Competence in sales and negotiation, including explaining loan products, addressing objections, and supporting clients in decision-making.
• Ability to perform basic financial analysis, understand lending criteria, and interpret documentation and eligibility requirements.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM or loan management systems, with comfort working in a technology-driven environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills, including maintaining accurate records, following up on leads, and managing multiple client cases.
• Relevant experience in banking, NBFCs, fintech, or financial services relationship management is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Coimbatore, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced lending environment.
