Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad Company: House of Laddoos (HOL) House of Laddoos is looking for an experienced and hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. We are looking for someone with strong expertise across Indian, Chinese and South Indian cuisines, who can take complete ownership of kitchen management, food quality, inventory and production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Kitchen & Food Operations
• Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Have strong cooking expertise in Indian, Chinese and South Indian cuisines.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation and portion sizes.
• Develop and standardise recipes, preparation methods and kitchen SOPs.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth coordination across different food sections. Inventory & Cost Management
• Plan daily and weekly raw material requirements based on sales and consumption.
• Manage inventory, procurement requirements and stock levels.
• Monitor food costs, portion control and raw material consumption.
• Minimise food wastage and implement effective stock rotation practices.
• Ensure proper storage,



hygiene and food safety standards. Team Management
• Train, supervise and manage kitchen staff.
• Plan staff duties and kitchen schedules.
• Ensure timely food preparation and dispatch during peak hours.
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness and operational efficiency. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant kitchens, preferably in a multi-cuisine setup.
• Strong expertise in Indian, Chinese and South Indian cooking.
• Previous experience handling a kitchen team independently.
• Good understanding of inventory management, food costing and wastage control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.
