- FRP is responsible to drive plant performance by ensuring cost efficiency, achieving production targets, and improving operational productivity through effective resource utilization, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination.

Job Description
Cost Management '-Monitor and control manpower and overall plant cost to ensure alignment with defined cost-per-unit targets and annual budgets. -Track and analyze conversion costs including labor, utilities, and consumables to identify variances and improvement opportunities. -Drive structured cost optimization initiatives by improving efficiency, reducing waste, and strengthening cost control mechanisms. 2. Production Performance
- Support achievement of planned production volumes in line with the annual operating plan and business requirements.
- Continuously monitor production performance against daily and monthly targets, and take corrective actions for deviations.
- Collaborate with plant teams to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput and production flow. 3. Operational Productivity




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall plant productivity and operational efficiency.
- Identify root causes of downtime and inefficiencies, and work with relevant teams to implement corrective measures.
- Improve process reliability and cycle times through standardization and optimization of manufacturing practices. 4. Resource Optimization
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to maximize operational efficiency.
- Support effective workforce deployment and improve productivity through better planning and coordination.
- Minimize waste, scrap, and rework by strengthening process discipline and operational controls. 5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators such as cost per unit, production output, and productivity metrics on a regular basis.
- Analyze operational data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making for performance improvement.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and structured MIS reports to ensure visibility and transparency across stakeholders. 6. Cross-Functional Coordination & Compliance
- Work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless plant operations.
- Align operational activities with organizational goals, budgets, and performance expectations.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements,



and internal policies across all plant activities.
