We are looking for someone who understands the world of marketing and advertising, has strong client management skills, and can bring strategic thinking and creative ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build robust, long-term client relationships.
• Understand client requirements, business objectives, target audiences and market positioning.
• Develop marketing strategies and communication plans aligned with client objectives.
• Prepare compelling pitch decks, presentations, proposals and campaign plans.
• Confidently present ideas, strategies and campaign concepts to clients.
• Coordinate with internal creative, design, digital and planning teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Manage client briefs, timelines, deliverables and feedback to ensure timely project delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market insights and competitor activities, particularly in the real estate sector.




• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches.

Requirements:
• 4–8 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management within an advertising or marketing agency.
• Prior experience working with real estate clients is highly preferred.
• Robust understanding of marketing, branding, advertising and communication strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and pitching skills with the ability to confidently communicate ideas.
• Proficiency in creating impactful pitch decks and presentations.
• Excellent coordination, multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects while meeting deadlines.
• A proactive individual with strong strategic thinking and a client-first approach.
