We are looking for an experienced IT/OT Cybersecurity Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining cybersecurity solutions for industrial control systems and Operational Technology (OT) environments. The candidate will be responsible for implementing OT security controls, securing industrial networks, hardening Windows/Linux systems, managing security tools, and supporting compliance with IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82 guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement OT/IT cybersecurity solutions in industrial environments.
• Implement industrial network segmentation based on the Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture.
• Configure and manage industrial firewalls, access control policies, and secure communication between IT and OT networks.
• Implement and maintain Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, and centralized access management.
• Manage Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), patch deployment, and security updates.
• Deploy and maintain Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Antivirus (AV) solutions.
• Implement OT backup and recovery solutions and support disaster recovery testing.
• Configure and maintain Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Network Intrusion Detection Systems (NIDS).
• Perform vulnerability scanning, remediation, and vulnerability management for OT assets.
• Implement Windows and Linux hardening in accordance with security baselines and operational requirements.
• Support secure remote access, account management, logging, monitoring, and system protection.




• Ensure cybersecurity implementations align with IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82 recommendations.
• Coordinate with PLC, SCADA, DCS, network, and IT teams during implementation and commissioning.
• Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, configuration records, and implementation reports. Required Technical Skills
• Robust knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and Purdue architecture.
• Hands-on experience with industrial firewalls and OT network segmentation.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and WSUS.
• Knowledge of EDR/AV deployment and endpoint security management.
• Experience with backup, restoration, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with SIEM, NIDS, security event logging, and monitoring.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and remediation workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux system hardening.
• Understanding of industrial protocols such as Modbus TCP, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and OPC UA.
• Knowledge of IT/OT network security, DMZ design, and secure remote access. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity,



industrial network security, or cybersecurity engineering.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing cybersecurity controls in industrial environments. Preferred Industry Experience Experience in one or more of the following industrial sectors is preferred:

• Experience implementing cybersecurity controls in complex industrial environments.
• Ability to coordinate with automation, engineering, IT, and project teams.
• Ability to work under tight project deadlines while maintaining security and operational requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple implementation activities.
• Willingness to travel for site surveys, commissioning, customer meetings, and project execution when required.
