Role Description The Outreach Manager will be responsible for planning and executing outreach initiatives to promote UnifyAbroad’s services among students, educational institutions, and local communities. This full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal includes building and maintaining relationships with schools, colleges, and partners, organizing seminars, workshops, and events, and representing the organization at education fairs and other engagements. The role involves coordinating campaigns to increase awareness of overseas education opportunities,



managing communication with prospective students and families, and tracking outreach activities for continuous improvement. The Outreach Manager will collaborate with counseling, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals, while preparing reports and insights to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Candidates should possess Public Relations and Community Outreach skills to build partnerships, engage stakeholders, and represent the organization professionally.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor outreach initiatives, events, and campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert inquiries into enrollments and support achievement of outreach and conversion targets.
• Relevant experience in education consulting, student counseling, or outreach roles is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Comfort with MS Office tools, CRM or outreach management systems, and basic data reporting is an advantage.
