• Qualification: MBA / CA
• Function: Technology Coverage Team RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
• Responsible for originating: financing and transacting deals in Tech domain
• Taking lead in industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, client interface (Sectors – Technology Products)
• Focusing on core technology product companies (primarily Indian)
• Having valuable grasp on latest technology product trends and offerings in the market
• Be a part of end‐to‐end deal making cycle for multiple sell‐side/ buy side mandates
• To be actively involved at every stage of the transaction, leading the transaction until it gets closed (client visits, meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due‐diligence, transaction closure agreements)
• Directs the implementation of proposed solutions to the clients
• Strengthen firms’ relationship at Senior Management level with the existing clients
• Managing Client relationships along with the manager, assisting in identification of business opportunities




• Responsible for handling all aspects of client liaison involving negotiations on pricing or structure of a merger COMPETENCIES: EXPERIENCE
• Strong understanding & deal experience in NewGen StartUps, DigitalTech, Tech Product Co.’s
• Excellent grasp on latest technology product trends and offerings in the market.
• Extensive Deal handling & closure experience
• Excellent Relationship Management skills – prospecting, signing new relationships, nurturing existing ones and deepening the effort for incremental asset growth
• Good understanding & experience of both Capital market and M&A; transaction
• Strong blend of number crunching / analytics
• Ability to effectively network across NewGen StartUps and generate potential business lead
