This role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI models, with a focus on pattern recognition, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP). Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and preprocessing data, building and optimizing machine learning pipelines, and evaluating model performance. The AI Engineer / Trainer will also create training datasets, refine models based on feedback, and collaborate with software development teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems. In addition,



the role includes documenting processes, presenting technical findings to stakeholders, and contributing to the continuous improvement of AI practices and tools at Knovista Technologies. Qualifications
• Solid foundation in Computer Science with applied knowledge of Software Development practices and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including model design, training, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including data preprocessing, model selection, and evaluation.
• Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (such as Python) and relevant frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
• Ability to work with large datasets, perform data analysis, and apply appropriate machine learning algorithms.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience in deploying AI models to production environments and collaborating in cross-functional teams is an advantage.
