Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nurse Midwife role based at Nova IVF Fertility in Jaipur. The Nurse Midwife will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families undergoing fertility treatment, including preconception counseling, pregnancy monitoring, and support during assisted reproductive procedures. Daily responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, monitoring vital signs, administering medications as per protocols, and coordinating care with fertility specialists, embryologists, and nursing teams.



The role involves educating patients and families about treatment plans, family planning options, maternity care, and post-treatment follow-up, while maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to ethical and clinical standards. The Nurse Midwife will also support quality improvement initiatives, infection control practices, and contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive clinical environment. Qualifications
• Strong skills and experience in Midwifery and Maternity care, including antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum support.
• Competence in Nursing and general Medicine, with the ability to perform clinical assessments, administer treatments, and respond to emergencies.
• Knowledge of Family Planning practices, reproductive health counseling, and patient education related to fertility and pregnancy.
• Recognized nursing or midwifery qualification (e.g., B.
Sc. Nursing, GNM, or equivalent) with valid registration from the appropriate nursing/midwifery council.
• Experience in obstetrics, gynecology, or reproductive medicine settings; IVF or ART experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, with solid communication, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
• Commitment to ethical patient care, confidentiality, and adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and flexibly manage shifts based on patient and clinic needs.
