Responsibilities:
Critical Tasks
• Execution
• Oversee and manage all operational activities during the assigned shift.
• Coordinate real-time with plant teams to track production output and dispatch schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate entries in SAP for production, consumption, and dispatch data.
• Communicate shift-level challenges to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Generate shift reports and highlight variances against planned targets.
• Governance
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies during shift operations.
• Maintain audit trails in SAP for all transactions performed during the shift.
• Report any deviations, discrepancies,
or risks to the section head or relevant authority.
• People
• Conduct training sessions to improve the technical skills and troubleshooting capabilities of team members.
• Foster a culture of safety and teamwork by encouraging active participation in safety audits and maintenance tasks.
• Technology
• Regular use of SAP for production planning, inventory management, and dispatch tracking.
• Leverage reporting tools to generate shift-level MIS and dashboards. Skills Preferred
