Thrissur, Kerala Department: Finance & Accounts Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Finance Manager (CA) to oversee the organization's financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage financial planning, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Manage financial reporting, monthly and annual financial statements, and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
• Supervise accounting operations, accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective measures.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.




• Develop and implement effective financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Manage working capital, fund utilization, and banking relationships.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to top management.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounts team. Required Qualifications & Skills
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Robust knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/accounting software, and financial management systems.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Immediate joiners and candidates from Kerala preferred.
