Their expertise includes detailed market studies, appreciation analysis, builder profile evaluation, and construction quality checks, giving clients confidence in their decisions. Role Description The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process to support the growth of Key Castle Properties Pvt Ltd’s real estate consulting team. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, support employer branding efforts, and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. This is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune District, requiring close collaboration with sales leadership and other internal stakeholders. Qualifications
