Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Engineer role based in Noida. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment used in air pollution control and biomass drying systems. Daily tasks include executing preventive maintenance plans, diagnosing equipment faults, coordinating repairs, and documenting maintenance activities to reduce downtime and improve reliability. The role involves collaborating with operations, production, and project teams, supporting installation and commissioning,



and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The Maintenance Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting technical enhancements and optimizing maintenance processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for industrial systems and components.
• Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance Engineering, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and maintenance planning.
• Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance to develop, implement, and monitor scheduled service and inspection routines.
• Candidates should possess Electrical Maintenance skills for motors, control panels, wiring, and basic instrumentation.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field) from a recognized institution.
• Experience in industrial plants, preferably in air pollution control systems, process equipment, or heavy engineering environments.
• Working knowledge of safety practices, lockout/tagout procedures, and relevant standards for industrial equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals, and use standard maintenance tools and measuring instruments.
• Robust problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams on-site.
