7-10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Manager for our People Practice team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the entire HR process, with a focus on employee engagement and employee relations. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage HR generalist functions while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the entire HR process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and management.
• Conduct regular assessments of employee engagement levels and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives
• Onboarding & induction
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics to track performance and engagement.
• Support performance management processes,



including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes. Mandatory

Skills:
• Solid understanding of the entire HR process.
• Proven experience in employee engagement and employee relations.
• HR generalist experience with a focus on people practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism. Preferred

Skills:
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:
• Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and relations.
