Role Description The Multi-Skilled Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Chennai Area. The technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and smooth operation of the workspace, including monitoring facilities, performing basic repairs, and ensuring that office equipment and infrastructure are functioning properly. This role involves coordinating with vendors and service providers, supporting setup for desks, private offices, and learning spaces, and assisting with routine inspections of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The technician will respond to service requests from members, maintain cleanliness and safety standards,



and document maintenance activities to help ensure an efficient and reliable workspace environment. The role also involves collaborating with the community and operations team to support events and accommodate changing space requirements. Qualifications
• Strong general maintenance skills, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC support.
• Experience with office infrastructure and equipment, such as workstations, meeting rooms, networking hardware, and AV systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and facility-related issues efficiently, with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with members, vendors, and internal teams in a professional manner.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple maintenance requests, track tasks, and keep accurate records.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, community-oriented environment with a customer service mindset.
• Prior experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a similar technician role is preferred.
• Relevant technical diploma, certification, or vocational training in maintenance or engineering disciplines is an advantage.
