Role Description The Freelance 3D Architectural Visualizer will create high-quality 3D renderings and visual assets that clearly communicate architectural and interior design concepts. Day-to-day tasks include developing detailed 3D models from sketches and CAD drawings, applying realistic materials and lighting, and producing still images, walkthroughs, or short animations as required. The role involves collaborating with designers and clients to interpret briefs, refine visuals based on feedback, and ensure deliverables meet project timelines and brand guidelines. Responsibilities also include organizing project files, maintaining consistent visual standards,



and staying current with industry tools and techniques. This is a contract role and is fully remote, with flexible collaboration across time zones as needed. Qualifications
• Strong 3D visualization skills, including the ability to translate architectural concepts into clear, realistic renders.
• Proficiency in graphics and graphic design tools to create visually cohesive presentations and collateral.
• Solid understanding of lighting principles, including natural and artificial lighting, to enhance realism and mood in 3D scenes.
• Competence in drawing and sketching to quickly communicate ideas, layouts, and design variations.
• Experience with industry-standard 3D software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and file management practices.
• Relevant education or training in architecture, interior design, visual arts, or a related field is beneficial; prior portfolio of architectural visualization work is required.
