Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and distributing high-quality proposals, presentations, correspondence, collateral, and marketing materials that showcase the Company's brand and capabilities. The role will also support the planning and execution of marketing strategies to drive business growth, client acquisition, and engagement. The ideal candidate should have 6–7 years of overall professional experience, including at least 3–4 years in the MEP, engineering, construction, or related industry. A robust understanding of the AEC/MEP industry is essential, particularly the ability to understand project requirements, industry terminology, and the working relationships between architects, contractors, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist the Marketing Manager with coordinating the preparation, assembly, and production of proposals and presentations.
• Write, edit, and coordinate content, designs, layouts, graphics, resumes, project profiles, and schedules.
• Prepare and maintain marketing materials, project photographs, graphics, and relevant company documentation.
• Ensure AIA forms are available and updated for qualifications, proposals, marketing contracts, and miscellaneous files.
• Coordinate proposal and presentation schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all marketing materials.
• Collect and compile customer feedback in an organized format for review by Company leadership.
• Maintain and analyze sales and marketing records to track performance and recommend improvements.
• Develop and distribute materials related to sales, training, and marketing initiatives.




• Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure effective communication and service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather project information, technical details, credentials, and relevant documentation for proposals.
• Understand the Company's engineering and MEP-related services to effectively communicate project capabilities and prepare relevant marketing materials.
• Provide overall coordination and administrative support to the Marketing team. Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–7 years of overall professional experience in marketing coordination, proposal management, business development support, or related roles.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience working in the MEP, engineering, construction, or AEC industry.
• Good understanding of the engineering/construction industry, including its project lifecycle, terminology, and key stakeholders.
• Ability to understand and coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, consultants, and project management teams.
• Experience developing Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Preferred Education and Experience
• Experience supporting U.
S.-based engineering, MEP, or construction companies.
• Knowledge of AIA documentation, SOQs, and U.
S. engineering/construction proposal requirements.
• Experience with MS SharePoint, MS Publisher, MS Project, Adobe tools, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and handling multiple proposal deadlines simultaneously.
