About Zeniova Corp Zeniova Corp is an accounting and business consultancy firm providing professional bookkeeping, accounting, VAT and Corporate Tax services to businesses in the UAE. We help businesses maintain accurate financial records and stay compliant with UAE tax regulations. Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, financial reporting and UAE tax compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
* Record sales, purchases, expenses and other business transactions.
* Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
* Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
* Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts and supporting records.
* Assist with VAT calculations, VAT return preparation and filing.
* Support UAE Corporate Tax calculations and compliance activities.
* Assist in maintaining accounting records in accordance with UAE regulations.




* Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary accounting documents and information.
* Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance (B.
Com preferred).
* 0–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
* Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
* Knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks or Xero is an advantage.
* Basic understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax is preferred.
* Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn.
